BF and HIV

So, here's a hypothetical. You are having a nice life, nursing your baby (for this story, under 1 year old) and everything is fine. You are then, through no fault of your own, exposed to body fluids that may or may not be infected with HIV (through an accidental needle stick, or rape, or some other awful scenario). You have to wait a few months to be tested to find out if you are OK. Do you continue to nurse your baby, or do you immediately and abruptly wean to possibly protect him or her from your possible infection?
Sorry for the awfulness of this question-this is the kind of thing I worry about at random times for no apparent reason.
