This is such a moving video, this is what birth is meant to be. This is what my birth with Isaac was like, and watching and listening to the sounds of real childbirth made me cry and cry. Women are so powerful, to do this.
i may be picking at semantics (hey, i'm a writer, it's what i do), but calling this a "real" birth is damned offensive. have you considered the implication of that statement, how much that damns a good portion of women? i'm going to admit i'm very very offended and, frankly, pissed that my kids' births aren't thought of as "real" simply because one was born by c-section and i had an epidural with the other.
