I played baby shower pictionary at the baby shower I had for my friend--get a list of words having to do with babies or pregnancy and put them in a bowl. Each person except the guests of honor takes turns drawing a word on a big drawing pad while the guests of honor guess. That worked well for us because my friend loves pictionary.
