I'm not certain that I have an underlying supply problem as much as a low supply at the moment dur to Raina's poor/disorganized/weak suck. Its really hard to figure out whose issues are the cause and whose are the effect right now.
How much domperidone is appropriate to take? I'm looking at the site you link in my most recent entry and they carry 10mg pills- should I order hundreds of pills or is that a ridiculous number?? The documentation on that site says typically you would start taking 80mg/day (8 pills). Was that effective for you? Do you know if it typically is effective for mothers trying to increase supply?
